Usually bad things are brought to the manager’s attention but this time I would like to bring good things. In the last few months I've had plumbing trouble on an older duplex I own. Someone had recommended your company to me after I was ripped off from another company. She had told me to ask for Rod. He has been to my house on 3 different occasions and was very professional and explained everything he had to do and was very personable and he fixed what needed to be fixed. After the first time I called in Stephanie remembered me as a customer and treated me very good also. In the future (hope not the "near" future, lol) I will continue to use your company plus will recommend it to others.
